This weekend is Flying Pig Weekend. A whole a series of events are taking place including a 10K on Saturday and the full and half marathons on Sunday. Check their website for all the details including start times and the routes so that if you are not running, you can be cheering them on. Or avoiding any closed roads.
Besides the Pig, there are a number of other fun events.
- ARCHITREKS begins on Saturday.
- More Great Cincinnati Families at Home exhibit continues at the Betts House but the lecture series begins on Saturday May 2. Join Walter Langsam at 11:00 AM at the Cincinnati Fire Museum as he discusses the Longworth-Anderson Family. The Lecture Series continues through September with other Cincinnati families.
- Saturday Movies on the Square begins on Saturday with Run Fat Boy Run in honor of the Flying Pig.
- Cincy-Cinco Latino Festival ends the weekend with an all Sunday event on Fountain Square from noon until 7:00 PM.
Hopefully the rain doesn’t dampen the weekend too much.
