Rash of Broken Windows?
Is it me or is there a rash of broken windows Downtown and in Over the Rhine lately? CityKin relays hearing breaking glass here on this post. I’ve noticed broken windows at Grammer’s and at the Cincinnati Preservation Association Office. And I noticed this broken window at the former Diner on Sycamore. (Photo taken from my car.)What gives?

Had a similar problem in my building. Very disturbing.
I noticed last night the Terrace Plaza hotel had a window smashed at the valet driveway area. I thought it was strange nobody had boarded it up yet.
I think this happens more than we know, but responsible owners, like the owner of the 1132 Bar replace the glas so quickly that we often miss it. Not so with vacant businesses like The Diner.
