yes, sadly, the side alley next to the Shakespeare Festival there's a door way I've surprise many guys (not to mention myself when I've drove around the corner and there they are)squatting in.

I live in D.C. and have people pooping in public on multiple occasions and once even on the METRO!
Yep. We need one of these signs in Postal Alley off 4th St.
It happens. More than you'd like to believe.
Evidence of human excretion is present in almost every single alley in OTR and downtown, and also in the occasional abandoned building. It's where the homeless do their business.
