Forget the self-deprecation. Your plan is first-rate.
I called them a few months ago. They wanted 2 mil for the lot. If you can make those numbers work, I'll be impressed. Who knows, maybe they have come down since then....
Every time I see the System Parking logo, I get so psyched that I've just discovered a donut shop downtown. Every single freaking time...
