No scoop on this, but QueerCincinnati is reporting that the old Universal Grille space is going to be turned into some sort of upscale gay restaurant/club.
Some time ago (about a year?) it was for sale and was potentially being bought by someone else who was planning to reopen it under another name. I'm not sure that the deal ever went through, so this could be something totally different.
I don't know anything about the building except that 3CDC owns it.
