118 West Sixth Street

I was walking to the gym from Fountain Square and I noticed that the metal facade at 118 West Sixth Street has been removed from the front of this building. Not sure what is really going on in terms of development but it already looks so much better in my opinion. The Auditor's site indicates the building was sold in fall of 2007 but the Auditor's website also indicates the building was built in 1900 and I certainly think it is older.
