Weekend Warm-Up: October 26 – 28

My recommendations for something to do this weekend.

I guess this is "Halloween Weekend". I have a friend visiting from out of town and parties to go to. Might try and hit Final Friday at Pendleton and on Main Street. And we are going to do the Clifton Architreks walking tour on Saturday before all the festivities. (This is the last weekend to catch Architreks before next spring.) It leaves at 10:00 am from the corner of Middleton & Rawson Woods Lane.
While I am going to miss it, on Saturday, October 27, 2007 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm there are movies on Fountain Square again! From the website:
"Our summer movie nights were so popular; we decided to do it again for Halloween. Enjoy three family-friendly movies with a Halloween theme: It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966, G); The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993, PG); and Beetlejuice (1988, PG). It's the drive-in without the cars! Bring your chairs, blankets, sleeping bags, and pillows. Movie snacks, soft drinks, and adult beverages will be available."

Lastly, while I hope the outcome isn’t "scary" . . . the Bengals play the Steelers at 1:00 pm at Paul Brown Stadium. Come to the game or catch it on Fountain Square.
