Interesting list. Incumbents left off the list include John Cranley, Chris Monzel, and Cecil Thomas; Replaced by Harris, Kaup, and Young. One Republican. As of today, all but Cole and Young have written or voted (as part of the Economic Development Committee) in favor of the streetcar.
