Ok, so a few weeks ago I said I was told, heard, or overheard three rumors about new development in Over the Rhine. Well today another person told me more information on the first item mentioned. Sounds like a group is laying the groundwork for a big announcement. This announcement I think will be a big first step forward in a nice piece of the re-development puzzle.
