Reading the heartwrenching An Expression of Community by Flischel, Ellis, and Langam. Photos of the Rookwood water fountains, statuary, friezes, gargoyles, etc. that bedeck our public schools. Oddly enough, a bunch of these are on the chopping -- I mean auction -- block as we speak.
