Forgotten Cincinnati: Spencer Township

At 3833 Eastern Avenue in Columbia Tusculum is the former Spencer Township Hall (1860), the seat of government for the relatively small Spencer Township.

The building was an Oddfellows Hall at one time and is on the National Register of Historic Places as was as being in the Columbia Tusculum National and Local Historic District.

Looks like there is some renovation going on. Has Building Cincinnati wrote about this?

Update:
For Citykin, here is a 1940's map of Cincinnati with a red line indicating what was Spencer Township:

Citykin, I added a map to show you what it was. Map I think I got originally from Cincy Images and I added the red line.
