I am not sure I believe in it but are there haunted places in the Queen City and the Greater Cincinnati area? People like to mention Bobbi Mackie’s, The Golden Lamb, and Music Hall for instance. Are there others? Does Imogene Remus haunt Eden Park after being gunned down by her husband on Martin Drive? Do any of the 8000 or so victims of the Cholera Epidemic of 1849 wander the streets of Over the Rhine? Does William Kirk eternally ride one of his horses around the West End after being hammered to death in his stable? The city is full of stories of those who met an untimely death. Do they haunt us? Let’s just hope they are all at peace.
Happy Halloween!
