My recommendations for something to do this weekend – Part II
How could I forget . . . the St. Patrick’s Day Parade!
Parade Starts at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 15. It starts on Eighth Street at Broadway, goes down Eighth to Vine Street, turns left on Vine to Fifth Street and Fifth to Sentinel. There is a viewing stand by Fountain Square. Parade lasts until approximately 3:00 pm.
The organizers website was not working this morning so just come on down and have a good time. The first year I went I was surprised with how long it was. It is supposed to be a mild 51° but with a chance of rain and late afternoon thunderstorms.
