So I am planning on running my first 5k during the Mercy Heart Mini Marathon events on Sunday, March 30. I've been running pretty well at the gym. Well, I've been running slow but able to finish. A guy from work is getting a few of us to participate and I decided to run as a warm up to the Go OTR 5k. And I am pretty sure I will be able to finish in the hour . . . Pretty sure. Anyway, this weekend I plan to run outside so we'll see how I do.
